- HINO represents the Toyota Group in the global market for medium, heavy and extra heavy-duty trucks and buses.
- As Regional Distributor for Hino in Africa, we provide overall business support to the National Distributors of HINO products in CFAO’s National Distributor Network. In total; 32 Countries throughout North, East, South, West Africa and the Islands are supported.
Services:
- Operational liaison to the Distributor Network
- Communication with the manufacturer, HML, on product, place, price and logistics
- Training:
- Sales, Parts and Service
- Soft skills training E.g. selling skills.
- Eco Safe Driver Training
- Sales planning and orders:
Coordination of sales planning processes including planning from annual production target to wholesale and retail delivery processes
